Voice of Jamaica is a public assembly and lawful declaration space established under the Jamaica (Constitution) Order in Council 1962, specifically anchored in the Charter of Rights – Section 13(3)(e), (f), and (k).

This forum is:

• Non-commercial

• Not-for-profit

• Not-for-hire

• Off-duty and operating in private capacity only

It exists solely for public benefit — to facilitate the lawful posting of public notices, constitutional declarations, community grievances, and truthful news updates related to justice, rights, and governance in Jamaica.

Submissions are accepted from lawful residents and citizens only, and must include:

• First name, and

• Last three digits of the contributor’s Tax Registration Number (TRN)
  This ensures transparency, accountability, and public trust.

We are not a corporation, political party, or business.
We are the people, exercising our lawful right to assemble, speak, and declare in defense of our country and Constitution.
